Before writing my debut novel, THE OTHER MADAME X, I spent more than two decades working in technology, finance, art, and mining with a focus on public relations and project management. I’ve worked in over a dozen countries on six continents spending much of my professional life in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, living eight years in Singapore. My work and travel have introduced me to some of the most unforgettable people and places, and taught me to appreciate what I do not understand and see opportunity in uncertainty. And while taking big risks has made my life what it is, I’ve learned that sometimes, it’s a good idea to wear a helmet. I now write from my home in Tucson, Arizona where I live with a collection of art and books, and my dog Kolya.
